By downloading, installing, or using the Foldr application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
Subject to your purchase of an Annual or Lifetime license, Foldr grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Foldr is a utility tool designed to help you manage your files. You are solely responsible for reviewing the files selected for deletion, modification, or merging. The software utilizes native operating system safeguards (e.g., moving files to the Trash/Bin) when possible, but permanent data loss may occur if the Trash is emptied.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, DATA LOSS, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
You acknowledge that you are using this file management software at your own risk and that it is highly recommended to maintain separate, independent backups of your important data.
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code or circumvent the licensing system is strictly prohibited.
